We’ve just rolled out a major upgrade to the Atarim WordPress plugin and it’s a big one. In fact, it’s a full architectural rebuild.
Not only does it bring the InnerCircle AI directly into WordPress, but it also makes feedback faster, more stable and brings a host of improvements and features.

What’s actually changed with the WordPress plugin?
Atarim actually started life as a WordPress plugin (back when it was WP Feedback). Since then, we have expanded the platform immensely, and massively increased functionality.
And we recently completed our ground-up rebuild of the plugin in ReactJS, so it better fits WordPress standards and matches features with the other ways you can use Atarim.
For the past few months, the best way to use Atarim was through a URL-based method. You’d drop in a public-facing website, we’d load that page inside Atarim (through a proxy method), and feedback would happen there.
That worked quite well but it had limits. With the new plugin, Atarim now runs natively inside your WordPress site.
That means:
- Better performance
- More stability
- Deeper access
- And a much more “this belongs here” experience
The result? Feedback that feels less like a workaround and more like part of WordPress itself.
How do I install the WordPress plugin?
Installing the plugin is extremely easy. Go to ‘Plugins’ inside WP Admin, and then search for Atarim. You’ll see the Atarim Plugin available.
Open the plugin page, and click ‘Install Now’ to add the plugin to your site.
Follow the instructions to login and connect your account, and then you’ll be able to natively add feedback and review pages.
Advanced users may wish to download Atarim from the WordPress Plugin Directory and install it manually.

Why should I use the WordPress plugin?
If you’re building with WordPress, our plugin makes giving and receiving feedback much easier and faster.
And because Atarim now lives inside WordPress, it can access pages that were previously out of reach:

Before, only publicly accessible pages could be reviewed via URL. Now? If it exists in WordPress, you can leave feedback on it.

It also means things like cookie banners, overlays, and popups are no longer blockers. Atarim is injected as an element within WordPress itself, so the experience stays smooth and interactive.
